French inspired mini copper tartlet moulds (set of 4)
Qopper Stories Mini Tartlet Moulds are for miniature tarts and are crafted from heavy gauge copper and feature a traditional French fluted design, fastened with a copper hanging ring. Each cake mould is lined with pure tin by hand over fire, to prevent the copper from leaching into the food and making it 100% food safe.
Copper is incredibly efficient at conducting
heat. It spreads the heat evenly allowing ingredients like sugar and butter to
melt more quickly and evenly and not to burn. This creates a perfectly cooked
soft centre with a crispy crust that remains crisper for longer compared to
cakes baked using silicon moulds.

handcrafted wares and testament to the craftmanship.
