Copper Cake mould

Qopper Stories copper cake moulds are both perfect for baking soft yet crisp bunt cakes and also gorgeous decorative items that can be proudly displayed on open kitchen shelves or hung on the walls with its hanging loops.

Each cake mould is handcrafted with master artisans and decorated with a raised 'repouséed' pattern in classical geometric shapes. We have 4 different shapes in our collection.

Copper is incredibly efficient at conducting heat. It spreads the heat evenly allowing ingredients like sugar and butter to melt more quickly and evenly and not to burn. This creates a perfectly cooked soft centre with a crispy crust that remains crisper for longer compared to cakes baked using silicon moulds.

Each cake mould is lined with pure tin by hand over fire, to prevent the copper from leaching into the food and making it 100% food safe.

No modern or country kitchen is complete without a touch of copper.
